In instances of compromised water quality, it may be necessary to administer a heightened dosage of activated carbon to proficiently eliminate impurities and sustain optimal water clarity. In severe scenarios, a dosage of 3 pounds per 100 gallons may be warranted
Duration of Use:
The duration for which you need to use activated carbon can also affect the quantity required. If you plan to use it continuously, you may need to replace it periodically to maintain its effectiveness.
